Hi friends!

You are a soul-led being with an innate capacity to heal. Within you lives the wisdom of breath, intuitive movement, and story—the very tools that offer comfort, safety, and transformation. From a young age, many of us feel the pull to create our own inner worlds, searching for places where we feel safe, accepted, and truly at home.

Life leaves its marks. Grief, trauma, loss, and the complexities of being human shape our stories—but they do not have to define our futures. Within every story is the possibility of meaning, reclamation, and growth. When we are given space to tell the truth of our experiences, something begins to soften. Something begins to shift.

Spiritual Friction was born from this knowing.

The podcast is a space where real people share real stories—honest conversations about pain, resilience, healing, and what it truly means to be human. These are stories spoken from the heart, held with care, and honored without judgment. Through storytelling and reflective dialogue, Spiritual Friction invites connection, understanding, and the reminder that none of us are alone.

At SoulBody Wellness, you are invited into this same spirit of presence and belonging. This is a space for deep inner exploration, nervous system regulation, and authentic connection. A space to share your story, listen to others, and remember who you are beneath the layers of survival.

Healing is not meant to be solitary. We heal in relationship, in community, and in being witnessed.

You belong here.

With warmth,

Laurel LeMohn

“Being a guest on Spiritual Friction felt like stepping into a world where truth is held sacred and connection happens instantaneously. A world that I know is possible here for everyone, but only if we are brave and vulnerable enough to delve into it.

Laurel helped make that possible for me in such a short time together, and I know her show is going to touch the hearts of so many others when they feel that magical space. I feel honored to come on the show, and I can’t wait to hear more episodes from those who get to experience what Laurel is doing here.

It’s much needed in today’s world.”

Our Approach

Real people. Real stories.

On Spiritual Friction, we spotlight real people sharing real stories — stories of hardship, growth, and discovering what it truly means to be human.

A space for authentic voices and heartfelt conversations.

Listeners tune in because they crave honesty. They come for stories that inspire, connect, and remind us that none of us are alone — stories that feel real, unpolished, and deeply human.

Your story could create connection.

Each episode dives into life’s challenges and the lessons learned along the way. When stories are shared openly, they build understanding, community, and a sense of belonging. What you’ve lived through may be exactly what someone else needs to hear.
